About 45 minutes after takeoff, she recalled, Mr. Trump lifted the armrest and began to touch her.

“He was like an octopus,” she said. “His hands were everywhere.”

She fled to the back of the plane. “It was an assault,” she said.
Meanwhile Bill Clinton is a rapist. Did the woman run to the cops at least?

They argue that the article is libelous because its election season. Not persuasive.

Will they also sue the Palm Beach Post, People Magazine and Yahoo! News -- all of whom published additional groping allegations today? https://twitter.com/johnrobertsFox/status/786404636924252160 …
Reads like it's written by trump not a lawyer, try reading it again with trumps voice, similar to his drs letter stating that he was the healthiest individual ever to run for office, sounds legit

Polished lawyer speak:

The essence of a libel claim, of course, is the protection of one’s reputation. Mr. Trump has bragged about this non-consensual sexual touching of women. He has bragged about intruding on beauty pageant contestants in their dressing rooms. He acquiesced to a radio host’s request to discuss Mr. Trump’s own daughter as a “piece of ass.” Multiple women not mentioned in our article have publicly come forward to report on Mr. Trump’s unwanted advances. Nothing in our article has had the slights effect on the reputation that Mr. Trump, through his own words and actions, has already created for himself.
