During the allard trial everyone seemed to band together and laugh at all the nonsense that the gov and the so called "experts" tried to use to stereotype all home grows. Dangerous, mold, fire hazards, theft and violence and everyone's fav gang activity.
Everyone was quick to say home grows were no bigger risks then stoves or most other diy projects a tenant could whip up.
Allard trial is a win
Fast forward to August and wow everyone is shocked to not only get grow rights for patients back but patients don't even need their landlords permission.
And for good reason.
After the arguments on here and thinking about some of the comments some made on here I had to agree at the time that it would be "asshole ish" to grow without talking to the landlord.
I decided to broach the subject with my landlord and never even hinted that I was in fact looking for permission yet less then a week later....eviction notice letter in the mailbox and the search Is now on for a new place to live.
Lesson learned
It's a patients right to grow and that right trumps a greedy judgemental landlords right to make a living dictating to tenants.
Don't ask don't tell and don't even hint.
