Go legal......what else to do

hey


ok going legal
so i am doing what i got to before i can not anymore

1 i am getting the 4 weed charges on my record sealed up ...396 bucks for that
2 i have opened 4 bank accounts 3 in one bank 4th in 2nd bank ...total about 35k end being about 200k by the time i apply
3 i have my name on a land and house that is completely paid off with nothing but 3600 in taxes a year
4 i am set up with a partner that has already made a good rep in the area selling under medical co-op rules
5 we are getting land out in oregon .......paying off 3/4 of the note strait off and then the last of it after the 3rd harvest
6 filing a LLC partnership
7 i tried to trademark the name of the LLC but federal laws will not allow me too
8 i checked my credit score i am 729 fico
9 i am planning to pay off all my credit debt ......about 6.5k now ...before i apply for permits


now i know i am missing steps and thoughts .....what am i missing

death of a family member bulk of the cash in the 3 accounts in one bank the estate is linked to them and i am executor to the will with all rights ...and it comes to me as i am the benny to it too with my older brother (that will make a w-2 on me when i pull the cash out of the IRA )

the 1 account is the only one i actually put in money made from weed ...3k ....i am using it travel exps and ordering seeds from europe

as for the w-2 i will get that from SSI i have a open account from 2011 ....move out to oregon where weed is legal restart the case and force it to go tho they said no in 2011 ( was in maryland and they used weed to say no )


fico score matters for alot ....with the LLC up i can use that to apply for loans at a bank ....it also makes getting the loan for the last 1/4 of the house possible ......i plan to pull out about 40k in the legal money and just stock that off to the side use the illegal money buy silver with hold on to it until it value increases to pay for the transaction fees cash it in and then use that to pay the bank off .....and then just keep doing with the illegal money ( the cash i pulled out makes it look like it from that so that leaves the feds with nothing to jump on)

the amount of silver and gold u own is not recorded anywhere ......just the transactions over 4k

10 ok tack on have your records sealed or expunged

maryland it cost 30 bucks to file the paper work per charge u want sealed ........99 bucks per charge to have a lawyer fill and file the paperwork

i have 4 weed charges all misdemeanors 18 20 22 and 35

I wonder how much you can sell a pound out there for and how much are you legally able to grow? And do you sell majority to dispensaries?

Their talking about legalizing for recreation here in New Mexico. I wonder if that means prices are about to drastically drop? And does that mean I can sell to dispensaries?

it is not the tobacco ppl i am worried about it is the cartels

from the rumors i am hearing coming out of Cali and CO ..........my fear is i get something going good and they try to move in on it

as for big tobacco .......they can not do anything ......thanks to the number of different strains and ppls fickle nature ....they can not grow anything on a mass scale as they will end up eatting 2/3 of it .....the only way they could bust in is with a strain like 35% thc so they have the highest stuff on the market period then they could coner the market and us little guys are doomed

You watch too much Drugs Inc man! Lol. Cartels are your last concern now that you're legal. You're the reason they are pushing meth and smack so hard. They dont make money off reefer anymore. Just pay security and for surveillance to keep the neighborhood stick-up kids off your back.

Qualities irrelevant to the big tobacco groups though...they'll use legislation to keep us out of the market. Hopefully it still leaves room for hobby growers but i don't see them leaving room for big scale but not full on industrial growers.

u know why advance nutrients are not sold in OR .......i can tell u but would think i seen to much vice tv or something .....look it up yourself it will shock u

want to know why the cartels are doing what they are ......the cost of the op in a legal area with moving the product across state lines to other illegal states ......it is cheaper then importing it tho tunnels or planes and less risk

right now in maryland most of the stuff coming in is MS-13 stuff ....there are a few local transporters that do a run this time a year come back with like 100 200 lbs but the bulk of what is on the market is their stuff here

i been in the black market of maryland since i was teen ........the game is changing ......the legal market is just the same as the black market but the states are getting taxes on it

Your grow space needs to be not visible. Not too sure about Oregon, but her in WA I think it's mandatory. For instance if you have an outdoor grow it needs to be fenced/walled off with non-transparent material. If that is the case it needs to be done before you're approved.

I don't know much about AN except that their garbage bottled nutes.

And all I know about Maryland is from David Simon and The Wire. Lol.

I grow legally and work with other legal growers (as a consultant and fertilizer broker and supplier). If a drug cartel threatened our business we would go to the police. Some growers in my state (Michigan) have had troubles with raids as the state and police figured out the learning curve on how to deal with growers and dispensaries. They're close to getting it figured out. All my encounters with police (since being legal) have gone fine though. They've done compliance checks in rooms of mine and we're super cool. Just making sure no one's cooking any meth!

In Michigan if you're growing outside it has to be in a locked and secure area and it cannot be visible from a neighbor's second floor window. Along with the nontransparent material.

well have u seen the rules for OR
they do not have a canopy limit .....it is all area ......rec 2 gets u a full arce of land to use or 2500 sq ft of indoor

u are talking about building a brand this is the state u want .....u can get a rec paperwork for each peice of land and have more then 10 acres of usable farm

there are no spot checks out there unless u are selling it ......farming it wild wild west .......hell they have something called wholesalers lic (basically it is a dealer they pick up weed from anywhere in the state and sell it off for a profit 200 miles away )

Yeah I saw a news report where these dudes were just growing out in the open in their backyard and all the old ass neighbors were complaining about the smell giving them a headache lol.

unless u are with in city limits no need to mask the smell

industrial zones are exempt (so the prices for warehouses/shops have tripled in the last year)
the hard part with that state is water and power use.......unless u have a stream pond or river u have to pay for the water u are going to use ....and the electrical needs are on u ( as in u pay them to build up the power lines to give u the watt and amps u need)

they have means and the funding to sell low with good quality..
