They will have to live (or die) with indoor winter sunshine...and considering I live in Canada, it won't be much sun

I have grown in sols cups before but have always used hempy style and vegged 20/4
These previous hempy gals are the approx age as my current grow (27 days), using the same LED setup and same seed strain.

@The Dawg
I'm not complaining or being critical, but I just don't comprehend why one 1/4 inch hole on the side of the solo cup was deemed illegal....I just don't see the logic after seeing your setup
Anyhow, best of wishes, hope everyone has fun with the competition...I'll keep an eye on the thread
cheers

I am not comparing my soil cup to your hydroponic, but I would compare it to a hempy cup (as I posted from a previous grow)@ISK My Question Is Why You Comparing Your Soil Cup With My Hydroponic Cup? In The Original Competition No Hole Was Allowed. In This Competition I Allowed A Hole At The Bottom For Run Off And Flushing Thus Somewhat Of Leveling The Playing Field With The Hydro Cup's .
bahahah ... thats why i didnt play, lol but even feeding them nothing whatsoever with rain water in plain promix you would have had better results. Dont let this discourage you from soil ,... the key with soil is lotsa room for the roots and lotsa worms. Soil is easy ... but not in 16 oz containers!!!Sorry guys but I'm throwing in the towel, just can't get these dwarfed dirt dwellers to grow...this will be my last ever grow in soil.
