well, i got the answer then.. lets just cut minimum wage back to a dollar an hour, that'll really learn them robots and computers taking over people's jobs..

Corporations are formed to make a profit, not provide jobs, if they don't attempt to maximize profits investors will abandon them.

How many jobs are there to build and service the robots? As technology evolves we have to adapt or be left behind. Cars replaced horses. Diesel replaced steam. We move on.

How many jobs are automated now? Many. Robotic welders, painters etc.

Its very close to happening, only minor issues that will be over come in time. I was talking a good friend of many years about this topic not so long ago. He's a mechanical engineer doing research into similar areas at a university.
