So i just git a sulfer vaporizer and the directions say different than the pros in here please help

Nope positive its in the teens between 15% and 19% but it wasnt always so. During veg and early into the 12's i had it at 60%-69% then at the start of the 3rd week i dropped it down to 45%-50% amd thats where it stayed till it was pointed out to me. Fuckin noob move for certain, one that wont be repeated!
Problem wasnt the environment i dont believe. I tried to stay with what top growers suggest what ever i read that stay consitant repeatedly is what i went with call it noobish if needed but it was a guess for the most part i thought educated one. Anyway its systemic so i think it was on the clones from the start. I think my ignorance as to what to look for and be aware of when purchasing clones, fucked me more than humidity on this sorry attempt.
But live and learn this weekend i finish the clean out finish the room so it can be figured out the right way instead of buy it and plug it in where ever, get an extention cord plug strip nightmare.
This time im still in need of a crop in fast fashion so 12/12 from seed will be my next venture. But should i change my bulb wattage if i stay with hps? Ive been running 1000watt hps 3 sometimes 4 if i can get enouhh cold air to it. If i do in gonna have to improvise. I have two ballast 1000waty only with power dial by percentage 50%-75%100% then overdrive the other is a phantomII multiple wattage 400-600-1000. I can just switch bukbs for that one but if i drop to 50% on the others would that work?
