I guarantee Pence would shut down recreational cannabis. Not sure about medical, since Trump said he was in favor of MMJ during the campaign. But you never know. He is a lying sack of shit, so it could go either way.
One thing the republicans say they love is state rights vs federal. Since the states voted to legalize cannabis, shutting it down would be hypocritical as hell.
