if I decide to put a couple of plants in my backyard in town and the RCMP show up am I still covered under the injunction? I am allowed 49 plants indoors 0 outdoors on my mmar but I can't change my paperwork and am not signing up with the amcrp or acme what ever the new system is.

Technically...NO. Not saying the cops will care about a couple of plants in your yard, but you are not legally protected.

Seems you answered your own question. Injunction covers whatever you were allowed previously. Not allow for new changes in terms of indoor or outdoor
But if I was to brake the rules by growing out doors does that cause my mmar to be null and void

breaking your agreement with the govt' would give them a leg up...but you do have the court and charter/constitution on your side....I'd suggest that depending on where you live, and the officers involved, would determine your problems or lack thereof...if you have the need....just do it....I'm no lawyer...just a rebel in my own mind....;)))

Why not sign up for ACMP for an outdoor only count, then use that for your outdoor plants, keep your pinks right where they are on your indoor garden? They do not ask for your pinks back if you sign up for ACMP....... This way no one can argue, your pinks are good until otherwise stated, and your ACMPR would be separate.

That's a great idea. So if I did do this would this make my mmar null and void kind of like if i had ordered from an lp

As far as technically by the rules on paper, yes they have the full right to do so. Would they? Roll of the dice really. But Id wager it wouldnt go well if it ever came down to it

Sounds like your kinda stuck.....with indoor for now....
Though if this legalization thing actually come to fruition you can grow your 4 or whatever number of plants they come up with outdoor
as you rec supply....then the lines will be blurred....and it should not matter.
hang in there buddy

I don't think they could touch your legal mmar grow as long as you are following the rules around that. An outdoor grow would be a separate deal. They can ignore it, confiscate or charge you for it, depending on the cop, but they have no right to touch your legal plants or your right to grow them. Being mmar and injunctioned, I doubt they will even mention it...

i went back on his twitter to Nov 2 but can't find it.
he posts a lot on Facebook
i'll try again tomorrow
Thanks! I was thinking of trying a little LED system here for fun, but don't wanna fuck with my mmar pinks. I will most likely try the led thing anyway, but if I can make it legal...? I wonder if they will check my mmar papers....different addresses? Might be best to keep my mouth shut. lol

you may not need to give up your pinks from" The mmar" but you can bet once you sign up for the new program....it will invalidate any standing
you have with the mmar in the eyes of health Canada...and that is who the cops check with in regards to your grows.....
I would stick to one program or the other.....having both sounds like double dipping....or double doctoring....

What is this pinks garbage? The MMAR is a government program that was cancelled so the paperwork from it is only good for nostalgic purposes.

And yes the government can cancel any program they want to. In this case they have an alternative program. Happens all the time.

As for where you stand legally, that is near impossible to say. It is up to law enforcement and the crown to pursue charges which depending on the situation may be stayed if they choose. But it doesn't stop law enforcement from breaking down your door and taking your stuff.

Which is what they will (and should) do to all those abusing the system. Especially those with priors as the criminal element has no place in medicine.
