Lanky stressed seedlings

I popped a kings kush and black dog kush using paper towel method. Usually have no problems once in rockwool and under a light but since changing to a CMH they just grew lanky and fell over. Kings kush first leaves have gone brown and curled up and im not sure what to do.
I moved them to the window sill but there's not much light here.
Been misting with 6.5ph water so im wondering if I need to lower it maybe?
All outta ideas

Bury the stem ?

And get them back under a light , even if it's a little CFL ..
That would mean pulling it out of the current rockwool cube and putting it back into another and I don't want to disturb the roots that much.. Otherwise yeah I would totally do that :/! Thanks though!

What medium are you going with after rock wool ?

No experience starting them like that as I go straight to soil so makes life a little easier when they do stretch :/

Get a normal drink straw , slit it vertically , open up and place round stem with the bottom stuck in the rock wool slightly ?

Yeah rockwool for the whole grow, ive had success with the medium but it isn't easy!

Oh that straw idea is actually so obvious! Ten Internet points to you! I'll give it a go now.

95% of my ideas are fucking stupid , the other 5% are pure gold haha

Hope it helps :)
Haha thanks!
It would of been able to do it too if my container was big enough! Will have to let them stay this way until they get through this and use it once they're outta the dome. Using 5.8 ph water now and im just gonna leave them for another few days if there's no improvement I'll just have to get new beans :/ not something I wanted to do but hey ho
