I picked 6 balls this morning, in the fist pic I'm not sure I'd that is a pollen sack surrounded by pistils? I'll give it more time.

Dude, not to sound a prick, but until the time i say its a hermie its not. Your pulling what looks like female bud off your plant or new growth points so stop harvesting eight weeks to early, sit back, chill and let nature take its course

Well I looked at it on my iPad and I still can't tell for sure, I can see female parts but I can't clearly see male parts . So I would wait. @Kingrow1 is most likely right, his advice is usually solid.
