Try alternating your feedings with plain water. I bet your getting a bit of salt build up. Water a bit more. 20 or 30 percent run off. Water once lightly and water again in 10 minutes real good. Moist soil will take more water.

I would transplant towards the end of lights on. It doesn't really matter. Do it gentle and raise your light a bit for a day or two if need be to give them a break.

They won't miss a beat.
