I have a tent that size and you could easily do 3 plants in it but i dont think that would be even close to enough light. I would do 1 with that light. I used to run vipars in my 4x2 and i ran 4 300w lights in it.

Have you heard anything about the king plus 1500 watt I was eyeballing that one if I was was to upgrade to a light that size think it would be able to do 2 or is it just best to go 1 light per plant sorry for all the questions just want to make sure I got everything befor I start

Well darn I'm about capped on cash for my new Hobbie lol I'll start just a single plant going to be a few weeks before I buy a new light thx for all your help

Ok all I'm officially rolling. seeds are in pots 5 of 8 sprouted thx for the help I have temp and humidity at 70° and 47% humidity under the light I'll send pics once the get a bit bigger thx all any one have nutrient advice I bought the fox farm trio for my first grow still a few, weeks awY from starting

Ok so just relized a few newbie mistakes 1. I started all my auto flowers in a 6" pot
2. I think I used the wrong soil I bought a basic potting soil I now have pro mix and a bag of perlite should I try to to trans plant since I already have pots which are to small so I think I'll have to transplant in a 10 or 12" pot

How big are your babies? Starting in a smaller pot is a good thing as it usually prevents over watering. Are your leaves larger than the diameter of the pot?

Use one to start with. Germniate it and put it 1/2 inch into the soil in the pot you're going to grow in (hopefully you've got at least a 3 gallon pot. 5 would be better.) Transplanting is for volume growers, not you. Never, ever transplant a personal use grow. You have absolutely no reason to.

That Viparspectra is a decent light, but it's not very intense. Especially since you're a full-blown beginner, I'd start with just one plant. Trust me, if you do it properly and let the plant do most of the work itself, you'll be surprised how large and how much bud a single WW will give.

Top it twice, then leave it alone and go easy on the nutrients. With that light, 3.5 to 4 ounces should be quite easy to achieve.

Ok thx I definitely feel I'm makeing this, way to complicated I found a,200 cFL with a 6700k bulb should I put that with my led to help with light and are those 4 plants I have in 6" pots goner or should I try to salvage them I really messed this grow up

I started in the same size tent. 3 x #3 pots fit nicely.
For now just relax and let them do their thing. Watch and learn. Less is more and don't worry if you don't make it to your first harvest; I didn't. :)

The only thing I would add is my 2 cents on is about topping the autos. Most say don't especially for beginners. With much more experience some people do. Autos may not recover in time from topping.
