I don't even do that. I literally just piss and shit directly in my grow bucket. Then when I water it releases nutes. It's perfect. No extra nutes either.

You can get away with using diluted human urine, but feces is another story. It is not good for plants unless you are a strict vegetarian.

Urea nitrogen isn't terrible but nitrate is better IMO.
Urine is actually sterile inside the body, but doesn't stay that way for long...

The problem with urine is that it has to much sodium. The other problem is it isn't sterile, urine has a microbial burden, even prior to external epithelial contact. In a healthy person the bacteria is in balance and is not harmful to the individual.
