Seriously Considering

So I'm seriously considering moving to cali but first I got some questions:

1. I need to know a good town to live in, I'm from Ohio so I'm not much of a big city person I live in a small town maybe 10000 people.
2. How hard/easy is it to get a med card, do you have to really have a medical condition or can you just lie to get it?
3. SoCal or NorCal?

a good town to live in thats close to LA but reminds me of like texas or something is Corona, there is seriously a street there where the lines are red white and blue, bncha dairy farms and cowboys there
