well I figure thats what he wanted cause he said he didnt like the city so I figured that about as unlike the city as it gets. Anywhere in the san fernando valley is nice...theres a city there called thousand oaks that is the sevenths safest city in america

you mean victorsville...its the high desert, its cool there I guess, I go there to shoot guns and ride dirtbikes at my friends out there...lot of tweakers.....but as far as real estate, a lot cheaper than most parts of califronia which is a plus

actually to be honest victorville sucks ass there aint shit there and its all desert and hot and cold at night orange county is nicer anyways not to mention there arent clinics in victorville and its atleast an 1 30 mins drive to la so i dunno OC is better

i wont need to go to the clinic often im going to grow so im only gonna need to go once or twice before harvest
but KushKing u said move to OC I dont know if i can afford OC honestly

Tust me, you are going to be surprised at how expensive houses are out here compared to the rest of the country...im in a 3 bed house right now, cost $2100 a month

well it depends on your job I guess, but for the most part yeah....our min wage here is 7.50 and I think next year it goes up to 8, which is way higher than the rest of the country...and no the 2100 isnt including utilities, and you should see the electric bill, CA also has the hights rates for electricty in the country, my bill was over $500 last month I shit you not

really? well your grow right? how much is it for a kilowatt hour where your at, here it gets up to 28 cents a kilowatt hour...Im only running a 400 and 600 watt

I'm born and raised Californian. Here's my take...

If you live in the LA Basin of the SF Bay Area and have to commute to work, it's Hell on Earth. When I lived in the Bay Area my average daily commute often took 3 hours just to go 60 miles round trip. I do like living in California. The weather is nice with many things to do year round. You can surf one day and ski/board the next. Seamaiden and I live in a very small rural community now and it's quite nice. The trade off is that we lack the amenities that city/suburb life offers. However, we get up every morning to beautiful clear skies, wildlife in our backyard, no traffic....you get the picture. Let me ask you this if you don't mind...Do you have a trade/career? That could determine where you might want to move.
