one plant 300 actual watts I believe there is a lot more for me to learn here but what I've learned so far points to strain selection ,veg time & here is a big one & that's to clone & run the same strain multiple times to get the most of what you've learned I've been doing this for awhile but led & dwc/waterfarm combo is new for me & has a learning curve to it

Yea, DWC was what I had seen in real
Life first hand more so that's what I opted to start with. LED was my own doing though, the person local obv does HPS. Kinda went out on a limb for that, and looking like I'm gonna be happy. Yea make sure those lights have the bloom/flower option because the intensity and spectrum are night and day.

Biggest thing to note is the odor change. Doing a little trimming, and man the stank, and it has really changed....

Yeah he has a couple here anonamos yielded big with original amnesia in the system yielded 15 zips with a 400 hps & then you have scottyballs lol large yielding single plant dwc grows are done all the time that's why I switched from e&f the led puts a whole new twist in things if you ever get time pull up the scottyballs Pineapple Express grow there is some good stuff in it
 
More volume is better for your new buckets, if money and space allow the twelve gallon buckets I'd go with them.

Right now, I have three five gallon buckets for one plant. My advice is ten to twelve gallons per plant.

Thanks! I feel the same but I know I'm biased....lol. They have been getting more of my time then the kids it feels like...lol. And yea I was kinda leaning towards just going for it and running the 3 12gal for the 2 plant setup. These girls may even get to swim in it!
 
once I get plants on same water system, I almost want to test leaving one completely alone other then some bending(LST) and then the other one do what ever defoliating I think is necessary. Also get two clones of same strength. These two girls the little one was almost thrown out for not rooting, and was always a runt.
 
Get a little comparison on defoliating under LED indoors. Will be a completely different strain though. Green Poision. It's a mighty delicious extremely potent strain.
 
Also curious as my best spacing for lights and plants. I built my room rather large for 2 plants 6x8 so I could grow them big if need be and have room for trimming and bucket swaps.
 
Have also considered running the plants in the dead middle with each panel diagnol opposite sides.
