How do I kill themthrips would be my guess, possibly mites, but ide say thrips...either way its a pest that needs to die before your plant does.
Thanks, I'm on itpesticide. neem oil works good as a preventative but if you notice damage you should move onto something else.
chemical pesticides work well....avid, forbid, orthene, pylon, talstar, etc.
organic pesticides....grandevo, venerate, clean green, 86, etc.
check your local hydro store out.....or amazon
NOOOO the only thing that will work on thrips is spinosad from monterey garden.pesticide. neem oil works good as a preventative but if you notice damage you should move onto something else.

thrips leave what I call a snail trail looks like shiny spit and they are easy to spot on the under leaf.
If it is indeed thrips I battled those fuckers last round and nothing worked except spionsad.
If it is spider mites then yes neem
