I already told you and posted many times. I only use it because fresh dry bags of mix is more important than anything and that is what I can get that I trust at a store out here.
And again. There is no mention of fox farm on the report.
Why do you feel so strongly about your opinion about this?
This argument only appears on forums full of noobs. Growers have been getting consistent results from of for many years. Or they would go out of business. Instead they have more than doubled their production.

Where is the lab and product tested on this out of focus copy of a report? And posted on an entertainment site in a rediculous complaint thread.
You don't know enough to educate. Try reading more books. Maybe something not on a forum. Something credible.
If you are arguing organics vs synthetics and think one is better other than the grower skill and maybe genetics used you do not understand plant science.

Just because there is no guaranteed analysis on the bag does not mean that there is no measurable quantity of nutrient. If there were no nutrients people wouldn't be able to plop a seed in the stuff and give water only until the day they harvest. I have seen this happen both in person and on multiple journals and videos around the web. I have also seen seedlings show slight signs of nutrient toxicity when planted in FFOF. The only reason there is no analysis on the bag is because the formula changes along with other factors. These variables can have an affect on the nutrient content. Rather than putting misinformation on their label, they just forego the whole thing and let us figure out how to use it. Good thing we have people creating so many myths about it! haha. Bottom line is STOP ARGUING ABOUT IT AND GO GROW SOME FUCKING HERB! If you dont like FFOF then don't use it... With that said I think the OP got his answer. People find FG in their FF. If you haven't, then good for you! I have not, but I have to believe others when they say they have. Not like its impossible or even improbable.

I don't think most of the people here are denying that growers get fungus gnats with there ffof bags. In my case I believe they did get them from the bag and I'm sure there are cases where someone assumed they came from the bag and in reality may have gotten them because fg's can find there way into grow rooms all the time. I still hold on to the belief that those growing with it indoors and not able to get rid of them are probably over watering.
You are right this thread has reached its end. The OP was respected. Let them argue here at the end of a dead thread rather than pick it up somewhere else on a fresh thread.

I just went into my room. I have a hand full of fg's. I'm not surprised. Individuals will always be able to get in my room, not worried about it. The reason I have a few is because I transplanted into 3 gallon plastic pots 3 weeks ago and the soil stays wet longer after a transplant making for better conditions.
This one pictured, I believe it's Charlie. He was given a lease on life. I did not kill him or her. I got near it and sent it off into the wild. Next time he may not be so lucky, but I'm not concerned. I should be down to one or two fg's in a week or two. The only thing I'm using now is a spray bottle with ivory in it to knock them out of the air or get them on the surface of the soil or the rim of the pot. I might take out a few fg's today. I'll note when they are gone.

Get some yellow sticky cards and put 91% rubbing alcohol in your spray bottle if you want to shoot them down.
After your plants have established roots, you can cover the surface of your soil with sand or DE, then bottom-water from a tray. You'll never see them living in your soil again, guaranteed.

FGs are everywhere where I live and my goal is control as eliminating them is a pipe dream. They are in leaf litter in the woods which surrounds me and love humid conditions and leaf mold. They. Love my compost barrels and mix pile and get quite a kick out of my bog garden. I've found them in castings, bagged nursery compost, mushroom compost and mulch. Neem and Dunks are excellent friends.

I try to share in a way sometimes that is designed to entertain or bore the new grower who is not involved in the conversation here but are following along and just reading, not participating. My share is with them, maybe more than the rest of you.

My actual grow will be posted here. Some amendments have been added to an ro only grow up to 4 weeks. Gypsum has been used recently and also some blood meal ( I know people have issues with BM)

Of course! Hopefully a lot higher when the next harvest shows up. You don't know how bad I want to test some. Chop some, throw it in the toaster oven for 2 hours at 160 degrees and smoke. Bet it is a better smoke than my previous tests when I was over watering my plants. I held off telling you the name of the sickly plant above. Her name is Cinderella and I was going to do a thread on her progress. Her sisters won't let me take full shots of them yet. They want to wait till they look their best in a few weeks. I am hoping their crystal makes up for their size, we shall see.Are you high?

Yeah! I can see I'm acting weird, stressing a bit with some other stuff. That suv I mentioned earlier needs a re build, I was hopeful it was going to be just the heads, but I was expecting worse. Oh well, we will drive it longer. Got to find my Happy Place! Gonna crank up some bohemian rhapsody, that should help
