I believe its open carry in Virginia not sure about NC, might be the same. My point being is that these people are years past the talking point, they're prepared for war. I believe this is just the birth of the white Taliban. These folks aren't going away, Trump has only emboldened them.

We have plenty of laws for dealing with these people. It's a matter of seeing them enforced.

A lot of states don't require a permit while on your own property and 4 states allow concealed carry without permit.
