You guys pray for us, we're not in the direct path but high winds and heavy rain are predicted, I'm worrying about the trees hitting the house. Just joking about the prayers, I'm a devout Atheist, however if you want to pray for me anyway, go ahead (couldn't hurt)

so reporting in from somewhere between miami and wpb..i'm concerned about all those still at the airports.

there are no hotel rooms from here to deep into georgia..the airport closes at 55mph sustained which is like tomorrow..packed and they're going to make these folks leave..to where i don't know..long lines getting into shelters but more are opening they say..roads are filled trying to leave. 16 hours from miami to georgia.

Natural disasters can happen anywhere and they have no awareness of the meat creatures living there. You are projecting ill will on others. I understand but wish you wouldn't.

staying put. i'm in a brand new building and fpl has invested billions since wilma 2005. the power outage is the worst..took my dogs out at lunch..it's a sweltering 98..nothing but misery one step and you're drenching wet..humidity so thick like breathing through a wet sponge..as long as the power stays on..

i just heard they won't kick stranded out of miami airport.
