Boy parts? 8 days into flower

The plant appeared to get some white hairs lower down, but up at the top the new spots look like tiny male parts. Yes?

I'm not sad, it's freeing up space in my grow space to lose another, plus I'm going to press the fan leaves for my Christmas cards this year.

You can legally grow in Maryland? Nope, but it's probably a slap on the hand if you were caught with one plant. how would they know where you live though?
