NFL players continued a league-wide protest late Sunday afternoon by locking arms, taking to their knees or declining to come out onto the field as the US national anthem played before their games. The athletes are reacting to recent comments made by President Donald Trump about players who refuse to stand for the anthem in protest of what they say are social injustices.

in studying 1930's germany i've oft wondered why? why did they let him do it? why didn't anyone stop him?
i think i've found the answer: you become almost numb to it after awhile..
i'm worried about a misinterpretation, the language barrier (nkorea)..and a deadly wrong decision made, that once done, can never be undone.

I don't know of many jobs which include participating in a patriotic ritual.
And this has been settled in previous cases by the Supreme Court, hasn't it?
Participation is not mandatory and you have every right to decline, provided by our Constitution.
An employer cannot force you to participate in a religious or political ceremony at work.
And these are the rights that our military (supposedly) have fought and died for.
So, when the twit in chief, the bone spur warrior, that got 5 deferments from serving,
tweets about patriotism invoking dead soldiers to defend his own Presidency.....

I guess they can't/won't stop him coming outside.
I think just keeping the team inside was a smart move. They shouldn't have to
