There are a ton of thing I'd change when it's legal.
I'd plant more than 1 feminised seeds in a peat moss puck. They grow well in a cluster.
I'd have 50 or so of these clusters to plant outside in the spring.
I'd feed these wild plants water and nutrients.
Then in the fall I'd spray these female plants with Colloidal Silver that will cause the plants to produce female seeds. After a few years of this the hillside will be covered with this glorious foliage for all to enjoy.
