Ok so you're still using the elbow grease method. I've been trying to find a decent automated method that gives me similar yields than running it manually through the screens. I use it for edibles so go through a lot of it. The small agitator machine I grabbed is pretty good but even throwing dimes in it for some additional agitation, I'm still only getting about 6-7% return running it twice and for hours. On the 180 screen, manually I can get up to 10-11% but damn it hurts my back.

I'm trying yet another method (DIY) with some sieve screens I grabbed on AliExpress, will post up my thoughts on it once I get everything in and try it. The critical part is whether the agitators will work and figuring out how to connect them to the sieve screens.

Yeah I have one already, that's the agitator machine I mentioned. They work well from a technical standpoint, and the price is good compared to anything else I've seen out there for $500+, but the yield is considerably less than running it manually through the same size screen (180u).

Throw some coins in with the bud on top of the screens, it keeps the bud agitated instead of clumping together. Shake the hell out of it.

Close. I invert the top screen onto the bottom one. Then I can use a roller balls from mouses or black marbles. The coin sounds good also, gonna try dat, thanks.

if you take a humidifier and take the drum out and put screens around it ..put in freezer and let go with coins in it or marbles for a few minutes....its a cheap shmea maker screens of less than 75 micron are best.
