I think the differences are in the smaller cannabanoids and terpines,you won’t find any cbd in a pure sativa for example. The whole Indica Sativa thing is a bit fucked up anyway,most people consider skunk an indica when it’s actually Sativa Dominant in its genes

They’ve changed the classification now so all drug producing strains are classed as as cannabis indica and hemp is cannabis sativa. What we call indica strains are now wide leaf drug Type and what we call sativa is now narrow leaf drug type which makes a bit more sense
