Should the DNC Charter and Bylaws be legally binding? Do you think anyone should be held accountable for the conduct of the DNC during the 2016 Democratic primary?
Again, stop with the leading questions, I won't cooperate.

The DNC charter and bylaws weren't legally binding in 2015 when this whole kerfluffle began.

The DNC fired its entire staff in April of this year. Clinton is not president. What more accountability for 2016 do you want?

I want the DNC Charter and Bylaws to be legally binding, so the next time someone tries to pull the same thing, people will legally be held accountable for it and instead of it just being "unethical", it will be illegal.

Would you agree with that?

i think the bernie staffers who stole clinton's campaign data should be in prison too.

I see your point and don't disagree but don't agree either.

I would want to see the whole package. For instance, how did the debt crisis come up? The reason Clinton basically took control of strategy, hiring and press relations for the DNC was because it was hideously managed. I've been wondering about how the budget was drawn up and mission creep that probably led to DNC over-expenditures.

I've worked for people who kept upping the scope of an operation without changing staffing and funding. These were powerful people who commanded huge resources and simply didn't understand what it's like when they ask for too much. People tend to suck it up and say yes. It breaks the business eventually. I think what broke the DNC was that it got into projects without adequate funding, resources or mandate. Obama was prez also in charge of the DNC and I can see how it would be hard to say no to anything he said without having a hard line that he can't push the DNC past. In this regard, it would be helpful to hold up a legally binding document and tell the president that you can't do what he asks. This is why I say I don't disagree.

I say I don't agree because I haven't seen a comprehensive review of what went wrong and how to prevent it going forward. All I'm seeing is a circular firing squad. I also ask, what more accountability do you want when everybody involved were fired either last year or April at the latest? I also ask if people would still suck it up and try to do a better job of covering up. Or people plead the fifth. In this scenario, what happened last year would never have come to light or maybe a 10 year special counsel investigation would be launched. That wouldn't be very good either. So, no, I can't agree with you on this without knowing more.

Lol at 'leading questions' because the only place they lead you to are the contradictions in your positions.

Awww come on, man- aren't you being a little harsh?

I mean, it's not like they're intentionally subverting the Democratic process and misleading millions of voters or anything...

Oh, wait-

Oh, please. Give it a rest, already-

It's a meaningless number since we all know they repeatedly cheated to get it.

I thought you were smarter than that, Stinkydigit.
Are you saying 12.1% of Democrat primary voters are wrong because they didn't get cucked like you clowns?

No I'm saying that based on great and mounting evidence, the number is meaningless because of the massive cheating in favor of the Clinton campaign.

You really do suck at this, Stinkydigit.
Lol, it's been debunked, all of it.

You're a Trump-tard and you dont even realize it, sad sad sad.

The only man without bias is a dead man.

They try to be objective for the most part. It can be difficult with an asshole as president.

And Jesus Christ, holding the door open for someone is hardy an enlightening experience.

If 10 different members here held that same damn door open, they'd have 10 different opinions on what happened.

Are you willing to state you're bias free and perfectly objective?

Say yes, I like to laugh.
Is this before or after they asked Clinton Campaign aka DNC to proof/edit news pieces..shut down exit polling during contest..reporting on east coast contests with west coast votes to still needing to be cast?

The comedian George Carlin.

Cool comedian, I liked him.

But not as a new source.

So, just to keep up here (because 'I'm not a critical thinker' according to you),

I should get my news from YT, blogs and comedians?

Thanks for the advice. I'll stick to broadcast news.
so then why are the algorthms (Twitter, FB, Google) are including FOX and excluding Al Jezeera, VICE etc? not enough arm wrestling jesus memes?
