hello..i was wanting to post this message..this is my very first post..i doubt if it is my last..i have been watching and learning alot from many of you..al B FUCT is one of my favorite RIU characters..so is MANE MSM ect and many others..i want to thank you all for the knowledge you impart...now..my experience of the last couple days..not to pleasant i might add..i got a call from work from the drug boys..apperantly doc chronic sent someones order to my home...:owith a great big pot leaf printed on the package..needless to say customs opened it up..they send it to the indiana state police..then they will be out to your home with the drug dogs..the fucking swat team and every other varios and sundry criminals to all invade your home.ill try and keep of tangents..so ill start with the days events..i was called by a policeman..name shall remain unmentioned...and he said he was at my home and they had a drug dog that alerted on my home..( im certain that was a lie)well anyhow they wanted me their to search my home..i called my lawyer right away and he asked me what was up..i told him..he said just make them get a warrant so i told the law.im on my way over you can not search my home without a warrant...i got there..they BS.s with me.trying to get me to talk of course..do not normaly bull shit with the law.it will do you NO GOOD.THEY WILL ONLY TRY TO USE IT AGAINST YOU..SO BE CAREFULL.so we waited..there was about 8 or more police and a drug dog at the house..they got the warrent..i opened up the doors and let them enter the home..they didnt find a grow..of course..they found less than a dime bag of swag..and a bunch of reciepts ..they also down loaded the hard drive of the computors and email straight to there computors..so,.this computor can get you into a of trouble as all the data is easly accessable to the law..they hand cuffed me and turned the house upside down..they found one pill on one bottle that was not my familys..this wasnt on the warrent..and also a switch blade knife..also not on the warrent...im not sure what all they confiscated..as i have no info on it yet...my wife and i spent the night in jail...and also the police liberated 2000 out of my house safe...i am sure this money went straight into the pocket of one of the invading gestopo well needless to say..there were highly upset that all they got me on was a minor misdameanor.....possession of marijuana...as far as i know..the judge told me when i was leaving the police might decide to drop the case..so i dont know..at least now you know how a man with a back problem and a friend with cancer is treated..i am very upset with the police stealing my money out of my safe..but what can you do? and by the way..saftey means pulling the plug on everything everywhere...fucking doc chronis is a stupid fucker..

Im sure a decent lawyer can fix things up and get your money back. They will probably drop the case if you make any noise about it, they hardly have a leg to stand on and the judge who signed the warrant is going to look like an ass. Get a lawyer who is going to make some noise about cancer and patients needing medicine and the cops trying to beat down a cancer patient and then stealing from him to boot. Oh yeah they will drop the case and start kissing your ass in a heart beat. Hang in there bro it will all work out in the end.

Funny how for some reason I never believe these posts. I know many police officers(grew up with them) and have asked about situations like this and .....Around me shit like that doesnt happen. Sounds like a lot of wasted resources for a bunch of nothing, and when they raid your home....THEY DONT CALL FIRST, They wont bring the dogs over to alert on your home, and THEN GO GET A WARRANT.

yea,....tell me all about it..it happened..my lawyer will be in their as over it..but..they will have probable cause from now on...to come with a warrant and search my home..and by the way...i am growing tomatos and paranoid as hell....:sad:

So they weren't even your seeds?

Whose name was on the package?

Do you live in a smaller town by chance?

I think customs alerts the state cops and if you are in an area that is more rural and the cops have less to do that's when they bust you for it. I have a feeling this doesn't happen to people in larger cities.

This really sucks and you have my deepest sympathies.

A judge would NEVER EVER EVER EVER approve a search warrant because someone sent seeds to your house, I call bullshit. This guy obviously doesn't know that the doc don't ship here anymore

call all the bull shit you want..the police were all over my home..if you live in indiana..this is what is going to happen to you..its probably the cops on here calling me bullshit..they dont want you to know how they operate..and if someone tells you how they roll they call you bullshit..LOL cops are fucking liar's and thief's there is another thread of a guy in indiana having the same thing happen to him..its a good thing i listened to him..and not YOU....else my ass might still be in jail...by the way..if i ordered seeds..or not i wouldnt tell anyone on here as my computor and phones are probably taped and watched..

my name was on the package..and e mails were saved on my putor ....that is the extent of information that is known by the police...no seeds were found in my possession and no other marijuana found..they did confiscate a HPS light being dropped off by UPS,,,and also many e bay purchases..again the only thing i was caught with after all this trouble was less than a dime bag of weed and a couple of pipes...they also downloaded the contents of my computor to theirs......confiscated some cheap ass bagseeds ..some high times magazines...a lawn chair and my fishing tackle box..i guess the cop wanted to go fishing and needed some good tackle..it really pisses my off they stole my money though...this is going to cost around 5000 dollars..with the stole money..just so someone knows..the bond was 1000 grand each for me and my wife..although they were ab out to OR me and my wife..my sister spent the bond...oh well..she was trying to do whats right..but still 2000 grandistwo grand..
i will have another thousand on my lawyer..plus the two grand the pigs stole..i hope the lawyer can bring some heat on the thiefing mother fuckers..and thanks for your sympothy..for the last several months i have been reading this site and been scared to post on it..now i have no reason to be scared..it is a good thing i didnt have a bunch of posts and pictures..they would have more to incriminate me with...

be patient with me ms..i have been reading many of your posts for months....i think you are cool as hell..just so you all know..there are thousand and thousands of people who read this site..many of them soak up the advice and wisdom given here daily..sometimes i was upset i could not contribute...i have no problems talking a little now...ive gotten to know some of the people on this site just by reading their posts for so long...i will learn to use all the goodies here and to navigate just give me a little time..:clap:

i wouldnt tell you if i order the fucking seeds of not...dont you understand if i told you i ordered the seeds i would be admitting to ordering the seeds...anyone can order seeds...even off someone elses computor..or to someone elses house..the burdon of proof ison the law..always..dont make it easy on them b y telling on yourselfs..

They can't legally confiscate anything like your HPS light, chair and tackle box. those items have nothing to do with possession of a small amount. Right there your lawyer can have the whole case thrown out. This story is sounding like more and more BS each time. Either the police in indiana are 12 year old kids who never went through the academy, or you aren't telling the truth. I mean seriously, if they can confiscate your HPS light and tackle box., then why don't they just confiscate your whole house and everything in it?

Cops around here MUST have a bachelors degree AND have graduated from the academy. Sounds like the ones in Indiana only made it as far as 3rd grade.

Another thing, the seeds sent to your home could never have gotten a warrant signed by a judge, ANYONE can send you stuff in the mail, without you asking for it. Any Judge who sits on the bench would Know this and would never have issued a warrant in the first place. Any lawyer can get you off if any of this is true, even I could represent you and get it thrown out, there is so many things wrong with this picture. Remember that Judges get elected, if they are doing things illegally themselves they could be thrown off the bench and lose their license very easily and never work in law again, not something most Judges would care to test.
