Help with new light. No power cord, has to be "hard wired"

So I don't know too much about electrical work. I just bought 6 lamp t8 fixture and turns out it has to be manually wired.
It apparently has a nice quick connect for wiring. At first I thought I was screwed when I saw that it had no power cord but after a bit of digging and looking on the website (also came with no instructions, had to look at the website) I think it looks to be pretty simple, I'm hoping someone can help guide me a bit with this.

The instructions wernt too detailed, just said that you need to follow electrical code for wiring and something about being grounded.
So that's where I'm hoping someone can help me. What gauge or core or whatever wire is measured by, do I need to get for this to be safe?
Surely itll have to be a 3 prong cord. The wire connect point from the sounds of it is a quick connect, just push the wire in firmly after stripping 3/8 rubber off the wire. Negative is marked with black.

So what type of plug in cord do I need to complete this light? It will be housing 6 32 watt bulbs.

Im not a sparky and cannot make out to much in your pics but In saying that id just grab an extension lead and chop off the female end and connect to your fixture.

I’d take the prick back and buy one that already has a power cord attached. So many places to get them from.

Yeah we just talked to a local electrician that's a friend and he basically said the same

Yeah that was menards and the only ones with power cords are only 1 and 2 bulb lights. I wasn't very happy at all at first but it's seeming to be pretty simple stuff to wire it so I'm going to give it a go

Online's the best way to go, if thats not a choice, Hydro stores are usualy a little pricey, Home depot worked for first adventures but can be little choices,

Now what I'm wondering is it has two separate quick connect harnesses. Basically one driver for each 3 bulbs, so now I'm wondering if there's some sort of piece that I'm suppose to buy in order to only run one power cord off of it or if I just go with a power cord for each half of the light.

One quick connect has a sticker labeling "inside lamp" but the other doesn't.

Wire the one that doesn't say inside light. see what happens. If they both turn on great, if not either parallel wire it with one plug or use a plug per half. Doesn't make any difference except on plug or two.

Edit, the inside lamp tag probably just means the wiring comes from external cable to that junction which remains within the fixture, the same way that it would if it were a single or double florescent kitchen ceiling light. As in the house wiring goes though the hole and is wired within the fixture

How many watts is the light? It looks like its 2x 120v inputs. Black will be your 'hot' wire, 120v, white will be your neutral. Assuming this is a 120v light...

Again though, how many watts is this? I bet you can pull out a single wall outlet (dual outlet) and use the 2 120v wires as your hots, and the 2 neutrals out of it as your neutral (white)

go turn off the breaker to ur grow room, find an extra outlet, and pull it out, How many wires you got going to it? should be 2 black, 2 white, and a bare copper (ground)

As far as what gauge, match the gauge of the wall outlet.

Otherwise, go get 2 extension cords, cut them at the lamp, take the black and shove it into the clip, the white and shove it into the clip, and plug that bitch into the outlet. always connect your ground wire to. it will be green or bare copper.

Well I got it going. Talked to an electrician and sent him pics, he claimed I was missing a few parts to complete the connection. I ended up cutting the quick connects off and just matching the wires, taping them up, connecting the ground and running one extension cord. Had it all wired and taped at one point and realised I forgot to feed the extension cord in from the back and had to re do it LOL. Running about 220 watts at the wall.

The trouble I had to go through for that.. Glad it's up and running.
