I was a cop when I was like 8 or 9 years old but I grew out of it.

(btw the full movie is on youtube if you want to watch it. It's actually pretty good, all things considered.)

It was actually a remake of a Hong Kong film that was arguably better. Pretty much had China's 2 biggest actors at the time starring in it, with each other for the 1st time. It was a pretty big deal.

It was actually a remake of a Hong Kong film that was arguably better. Pretty much had China's 2 biggest actors at the time starring in it, with each other for the 1st time. It was a pretty big deal.



Infernal Affairs

I do not really like Hollywood's stuff but the more modern Hong Kong and South Korea movies are good. Also anything with Donnie Yen and Tony Jaa. I also like seeing the modern cities in Asia on screen like HK, Seoul and many in China. Amazing.

Yeah South Korea produces some good stuff.. Probably my favorite from the last couple years…

Great flick. They need to work on endings because sometimes they are really sappy but Hollywood does the same thing. The star is a serious bad ass.

i did
when i mustered out the marine corps, i applied for two city jobs the same day, a cop and firefighter position.

i took all the tests for both,

i interviewed for the ff position first,

the fire chief at the time, was a former marine himself (rip chief), i was hired.

i always thought about how my life would have been if i went to the policeman interview first,

not as well as i have it now i bet....lol
