can I get some opinions on whether these tricomes are ready? Not feeling totally comfortable with my judgment yet.
last plants I had looked done and ended up being airy and tasted weird.

I see some amber gland heads. If it was mine I'd start harvesting the mature ones. I get a second opinion if the stem should be a number also.

Have you started flushing yet? Are you in soil?

I have flushed it twice now. Once a couple days ago and again today. Using molasses, which they seem to like. Here’s a couple pictures of the buds.

3 selections to choose

clear..to early patience is learned here... don't rush

white the best for that LSD type rush

amber THC starts to decay this the couchlock range bums you out thats me ! ..lol

check with ur 30x loup'e or usb scope as you

good luck

Molasses is used by organic growers to feed the soil NOT the plant lol

good luck[/QUOTE I’m not really understanding what you’re trying to say? My plants are in soil and have been grown organically. Thanks for your comment.

It is the plant after all that uses the nutrients that it takes from the soil. Or that’s my understanding at least.

Amber is when couch lock becomes a factor? Just want to make sure.
So, you harvest when they're Crystally sparkly shiny and sticky?

At least some of them should be amber, but yeah the more ambers the more couch lock.
For me it’s hard to tell the difference between clear and milky

If that was up to me deciding on my plants, i’d wait at least till I get 30-40% amber. That’s totally personal depending on what you are looking for in terms of couch lock or more active/energetic.

I know it’s hard every time it comes to that point even if you have years of experience

Do some Growers desire couch lock?

I’m even more confused about my own plants. I feel like I have way more amber trichomes, yet my bud hasn’t swelled and doesn’t look ready. I don’t want a couch lock high!!
But your plants are beautiful.
