Someone brought it to my attention that if I allow non entrants to vote the ballot box will be stuffed and it will become a popularity contest.

What if Each person is able to vote 2 times, but not the same twice? That way, if there is little participation, there are still alot of votes. And also, maybe use blind stats for the final vote.

True. The 4 oz won't make much of a difference. I will be using 16 most likely even though 20 is allowed.
You can use up to a 20 oz.
