Been thinking of some grow off guidelines,let me know what you of think these or any additions

CONTAINER

Must be between 400 - 500ml capacity
90% of root mass must be inside of the container
Container can be insulated as long as capacity isn’t increased

Points awarded for :
Artistic expression
Ingenuity
Originality
Australianess (not sure if that’s a word or not but it is now)

MEDIA

Any type

Points awarded for:
Same as container

Seed/Strain

Photoperiod strains only

Points awarded for :
Proper strain history/lineage ( parental lines,original breeder,strain history)
Rarity
Cool factor
Degree of difficulty of grow

Lighting:
Any light system but you can only use 1 eg. no M.H veg HPS flower but dual spectrum is fine. LED adjustable spectrum is fine.
No repairs or replacement bulbs or parts,if it breaks your out.

Points awarded for:
Same as container

Time frame:
2 weeks to sprout and veg
8 weeks to flower

Points awarded for:
Looks
Wieght
Overall plant health eg bug damage,mould,nute burn etc.

Banter/burnings/shit talk is not only allowed but encouraged and will be awarded bonus points aswell as a bonus prize for best shit talker.

All entrants vote and any REGULAR contributors of this thread can vote if they want.

If anyone has any issues with any of this or wants to add anything just say so this is just a stoned brainstorming list so I won’t be offended if you think it’s a bunch of shit

I might be able to scrape something together in 8 weeks of flower time but it'll be tight. quickest strain I have at the moment would be 8 weeks but with 2 weeks veg that might not be quite enough cos it's a slow starter. c99 would be quick enough but I want to grow a plant with a cola that weighs as much as a used fleshlight and c99 ain't gonna do that

If we go 12 guys who go for an 8 weeker can garauntee it will finish and you can gamble if you want to run a longer strain it would make it more interesting for sure

thinking of swithing nutes think i might need 2 flush from mu limetsd u derstanding tjere was light yellow pates a little on one leaf and upper it lookes kinda shiny and really darg green gunna think about it till tomorro then im flushing might also switch nutes or i might just ride it out im broke

maybe it needs a flish eather way i find if the lowest growth on the big one im gunna flush tomorro and on tje otjers iv noticed a hellow spots on alower leaf and on uper growth its got dark green and its sheenny im gunna go on grow weed easy and see

Hey gigz just chill for a bit mate. Hard to tell in the purple lights but I think those are ok for the minute. Keep your EC and ph in the right area, don't overwater and you should be ok. I prob wouldn't flush anything unless you know you dumped something stupid on them nutes-wise or if you've just done a massive poo

I grew 3 World of Seeds Colombians and none of them hermied if that helps give you some confidence

Dutch Master make a product called reverse that can stop a herm producing male flowers,I’m not sure how well it works and wouldn’t use it myself but it is an option.

Im going to chuck in a couple herm prone strains too, one fem DNA freebie and some afghan x haze regs. if I get a quick-ish pheno of the latter it'll be on like donkey-kong bitches and I'll be singing this at the end of 12 weeks
