Yeah man. I run a 4x4 tent, 600watt hps, in 18L airpots, coco, dtw. I grow 4 weeks from seed on 18/6, then straight to flower. I dont usually top, usually end up with about 2.5 oz a plant. I run 6 pots usually end up with 3-4 good sized females. Not ideal yield, but gets me through same as you.

I got a pound from that scrog but my veg was WAYYYY long.
