Design a process to ensure households and properties are capable of safely supporting home growing.
Sure you can, with any number of pharmaceutical meds you can f*k yourself up pretty easy. At least with MJ treatment the side effects are "manageable"legal is legal...you're not doing anything wrong treating yourself with something thats legal?
Just another idiot idea from idiot politicians. This law will die from non-compliance. No judge is going to issue a warrant to search a residence for legal plants. There has to be evidence of serious crime, and growing without a permit is merely a bylaw infraction. They don't have the police resources to go after people for growing a plant or the court resources to prosecute. Unless you are operating a large scale grow and selling outside of the tax collector's realm, no one should be concerned. Take note of the politicians who support this and make sure you vote in the next election.I've been waiting for this bullshit to come out from Wynne in ON. Registering to grow a legal plant, like all other plants you can grow anywhere. F*k'ng morons. I haven't registered for medical, as if I'd register for rec/legal, seriously idiotic and a waste of tax dollars, even if they come from MJ sales.
Exactly, these stupid by-law items are what the provinces want/need millions of dollars for. Unneeded systems to manage "issues" that don't exist, other than in their tiny little minds...Just another idiot idea from idiot politicians. This law will die from non-compliance. In a few years we will look back and laugh at how worked up we got over political stupidity.
Alberta Health policies are among the most frustrating to deal with. Good luck finding a a doctor that's educated on the matter as the AHS stance is largely based on remaining hand in hand with pharma. I only stay medical for the added protection but if there was an alternative, I would never set foot in a doctors office. I'd love to know how my dozen plants are an issue for the "public health and safety" of my neighbors. It's been years and they still have no clue.
