Small buds no smell

I have a plant thats been flowering for 12 weeks. Still has white hairs and the buds are really small and it has no bud smell. Anyone have any suggestions on how to get the buds bigger and how much longer should I let the plant keep growing and what can I do to increase the bud smell

What kind of light are you using and what watt? Got a picture?? The lack of smell could be in the genetics, did you buy seeds? Bag seed? Information?

First thing I would do is cut off a bud, dry it, and do a little taste test. You may be wasting your time . . . Or have some long flowering genetics (think Thailand). First and foremost, smoke some and let it be your guide.

Excess npk has done it to me. Especially Nitrogen
