It happens the stem kinda turns woody at the bottom and can be a lil lanky with th top looking a little fatter

In time the stem will fatten up :)

That hardest part about growing dope is waiting :)

Yea dude, im not the most patient person in the world either! lol... What i can describe it like is a straw with a skinnier bottom than the top, was due to some coco covering the top a lil on the stem, i've since levelled it off and thats when I noticed it looked a little funny lol. Few days im sure she will level out :-)

As long as she can stand by her self with a little breeze you are fine :)
My poor little seedings have been having ph drifts and excess iron but i know they will grow faster once they get bigger

I think thats just where its started stiffening up?
There was a little bit of coco covering the stem at the bottom there... the scale is deceptive as its a macro shot close up... I guess just where light hasn't got down to the stem, she's totally 100% looking fine top wise though, oddly can see one new leave poking out, for some reason these Cookies kush do some weird shit early on... LED is at 27 inches above, but toying with 30" again, i've literally just nudged it to 27" today so will keep a check on things.

Doubt it's anything to concern about as the top of the stem is nice and thick in comparison, best guess 2 days it'll be levelled out :)

Seedlings is a stage i never cared to master yet
And i have gotten lanky seedlings under 600w hids.

I think the secret to short seedlings is to use lower powerd light slammed right over top
Light t5s or mabey strip leds :)
Phillips cfls make nice thick ones
