Update on my timeline
1/22 all paperwork, fees, docs were submitted to DPH via Innovative Express
4/2 called DPH and was told I was approved, info sent to printer, and in 14 business days I should receive it

Fingers crossed this 4/20 will be the best yet

I know I go to that damn mail box 1 of these days soon we will find it this wait is almost over.

Thank you and I’m sure soon enough it will also be your time. It was nice to be able to go the dispensary and know that I’m getting quality product. And it will also work how it should.

It will be well before the 14 days I am noticing mine was mailed on Friday and I got it Tuesday lol

I tried that first and got a machine it may be the time you called but after becoming frustratedI then called 855-636-3688;217-782-3300 from website and got a person. Hope this helps you

I electronically files and they deducted my card within 2 days

same with me and still waiting they deducted 1/23/18

Thanks for the responses all. I too went to a place where the paperwork, finger prints and dr. visit were all done at the same time and place. However in my case they all worked independently of one another. At this time do you think it is pointless to try and get an update and possibly speak to someone different and see if a mistake was made on the initial info given? I am just hoping I truly didn’t lose a month although it seems to have happened before. I also paid cash for everything so I have no time line on check cashed etc...

I would say give idph a call and find out what exactly they are missing. Once you find that out I would suggest calling up the doctor or whoever it is that messed up and make them send you the information while you are on the phone. Then you can email it right to them and problem solved .

I sent everything in myself. Went to my neurologist on a Tuesday, fingerprints done Wednesday and mailed everything in Thursday

I was with Heartland Security went same state has had my money since 1/23 and card has been sent to printer she said I should have next week.
