Started these random seeds given to me 5 weeks ago.
I stunted their growth in the first 2 weeks because i didnt give them any nutrients and transplanted into a 3 gallon pot waaaay too early and major stretching during seedling stage because i didnt have light close enough.
A few of the spots on the leaves have been there for about 3 weeks now but a few have appeared recently. Started LST last week and saw 2 gnats on top of the coco when i went to take photos today. Any Advice or diagnosis would be helpful. Thanks

Is that like an all-in-one veg powder nutrient?

Just some ideas.

Possibly from the gnats?
Possibly CalMag Deficient?
The fourth pic, burnt fan leaf tip, possibly Potassium (K) toxicity?

They do look droopy im not sure about coco as im growing in soil but 300ml/ day seems low id try to increase the water a bit your goal is to have all your soil wet so roots can search for water in the soil and expand.. 5 weeks from seeds was few weeks ago for me but if I recall Inwas giving them about 1.4-2L every 2-3 days initially in 2 gal pot then in 5 gal pots.. at about 60% rh - lower RH usually makes the plant drink more.. im using fabric pot so I know they dry out faster but still with 300ml in a 3 gal bucket doesnt seem enough imo but I could be wrong. If you check my grow journal you will see pictures I posted almost daily for the first 50+ days now I try to post every 2-3 days.. it may help you with setting comparaison..

That being said overall your plant has a good green color so I wouldnt worry too much about those small spot.. maybe just lower your nutrient for 1 week with a bit more water and see if they jump back

I upped the water to 500mls a day and bumped down the nutrients a bit but still seems around the same, growing alright but some of the newer nodes are getting those spots. No signs of any pests either. Im thinking it could possibly be the lights but i have them at 14inchs and they are on veg switch which should only be using about half the wattage.
