I wouldn't get it from a head shop. I got some onetime that was cut with Chinese research chems. Horrible fucking high. Like a really dirty opiate high. I felt like the verge of death for a few hours.

I would only trust reputable vendors, especially with concentrates.

I think if it werent for my pain meds I'd give up. Pain fucking sucks. But if I couldn't get them I'd be searching on the dark web first. Assuming I had the cash to buy them. So I guess my question to you OP is, does that seem like an option for you?
Can't be cheap. But it beats living with the torture of chronic pain. Anyhow, good luck and hmu if you had wanted more info.
I might have some ideas once I get some sleep.

Ever tried Red Bali, bro? I promise, I get the nods like a good Oxy or dope dose, but it’s also good for you and won’t potentially kill you. No judgement, just trying to help. People use it to kick dope all the time.

Sometimes I wish some people were closer to me, because I always have what's supposed to be 3 months supply of co-codamol here (some days 2 pills, other days 6, depends on how bad the pain is so there's usually around 100 pills here at any given time), I just walk up to my GP and say I need more and he gives me the prescription without question. In fact, he asks me more about my valium use even though he can see on his computer screen how often he prescribes me a box of 60.

Ain't as strong as some of the things you guys are talking about but would be better than nothing, would happily hand a box over if it meant someone was more at peace with his pain.

My oldest daughter asked me last week if I ever heard of Kratom, I said yes but don’t know much about it, only what I’ve read here. She drank some and they left wherever they were, she said her heart was racing all nervously and she had to pull over a few times to throw up. I told her she should stick to weed..

The problem you haven't experienced yet is that your doc will retire or move or die and/or your insurance company will change the maximum dose allowed or discontinue covering the medication. It happened to me and its all too common I'm sure. The point being I went through what youre going through and regret giving it to a close friend for his pain. Because one thing or the other happened and I couldnt get the best medication I ever took for my pain, methadone. Rules change, doctors move but until you can write your own scripts dont assume youll always have a never ending supply of what works for you.

Won't happen, I don't have to suffer the US insurance system but suffer the Belgian insurance system instead. A huge difference, which is why I say I wish some of you guys were closer because then I'd be able to help out.

I still remember the first time I tried kratom.
I was out of weed for a few days.

After taking it I realized my eyes were getting all squinty and fucked up looking like they when you just start out smoking weed.
Then the nice stoned vibe set in. Was a great afternoon.

I sincerely hope I don't join your ranks anytime soon.

Until then I'll keep fighting the good fight to make sure that cannabis is legal and accessible to all who need and want it.

Fuck America and its policies of making the poor and sick suffer so others may reap obscene profits.
