Is marijuana a fruit or vegetable?

I would classify it as an herb, which is where most flowers are classified.

A weed is defined as "a plant out of place". Any plant can be a weed if it is growing in a location where it is not desired. Corn in a bean field = weed.

Actually no. i wish it was because of nutrients lol but i dont grow nemore. I actually was just curious, if you had to classify it as a fruit of a vegetable. which it would be?
Now if we actually mass produced it an ate it like lettuce ... would it be a fruit or vegetable? hahaha

at the top of course. It's a trickle down type of thing. You smoke the weed and get the munchies and then your attention trickles down to the rest of the food pyramid.

In this cookbook I have, it says it's a fruit.
"'They've outlawed the number one vegetable on the planet,' bemoaned New Age guru and acid head Timothy Leary, back in the sixties. And while it's not actually a vegetable(technically, it's a fruit), it is true that for some reason goverments really have it in for this seemingly innocuous plant."
I don't see why The Cannabis Cookbook would lie to us about that. Yes, I am taking their word that pot is indeed a fruit, because whoever wrote this book obviously did their research according to the long introduction about weed and cooking weed, and wouldn't just throw that in there without looking into it.
