Ok, I'm in the middle of my first grow and I'll admit I'm tempted more and more every day to cut them. So, what I'm gonna do is let you decide. Here is a couple pics. I have to plants and I know one is much farther along that the other. Also, I have been reading some stuff on molasses, when should I use it or should I bother??? Thanks...

Kewl thanks. Would it be a good idea for me to start taking off some of the big yellowing fan leafs to allow for more ventilation and light penetration? And if so do I just cut the center of the fan leaf stem? Thanks... :P

Ya, I think they have a couple more weeks. I need to get a hand held microscope. But my main question now is should I start taking off the big fan leafs that are turning yellow to allow more air and light through?? Thanks

Ok...go to the supermarket and buy a bottle of Grandma's Original Unsulphered Mollases....Welcome to B&G Foods, Inc.It should cost around 3 dollars.Mollases is veruy good to feed at any stage of the flowering phase,in your case,feed mollases as soon as possible.This will give the plants carbs and sugars to make the buds ALOT fatter and more dense.Have you ever heard of Carbo-Load from A.N??This is pretty much the same thing.

As for how long,Ill give them another 10 days...whatever you do dont cut any day now,those buds are still pre-mature...they looks GREAT though..Any other questions?

Ohhh, you asked the wrong thing (as far as questions) LOL. I will say though, I have les questions that I did when I started a couple months ago. Anyways, should I stop with the FoxFarm and go over to just Molasses? And how much per gallon of water? Thanks...:mrgreen:

I think you should just do what ya have been doing and not risk it by adding shit that may mess it up. Besides you are due to flush the plants of the nutes any day now.

That's another question I have. How and when should I flush? Sorry for all the questions, but I do think I have don pretty good so far for a first grow and I really don't want to f things up. I have heard that adding molasses will take the place of a flush, is that true???

You can still feed molasses even while flushing..it is actually better as the plants are still feeding and getting fatter.Since mollases is just sugars ands carbs..you dont have to flush it out..unlike salts and nitrogen..you dont wana smoke all that shit!

OK, so what is the easiest way and how do you flush? The thing that sucks is my drip tray is a pain in the ass to get off and I'm assuming you have to take that off, correct? One more thing, do my plants look like I should start flushing now? Thanks...

Oh..youre using hydroponics?If you are,I advise NOT using mollases...it can clog shit up...its best used with soil..cus it also feeds the beneficial fungi and bacterial life-forms in the soil...then they break down the soil nutrients..which the roots absorn more readily..Anyways,the general rule is one tablespoon per gallon...pre heat the water first so the mollases dissolves better...you can store this "sugar"water for as long as you want..and it will really make a difference in texture,color,smell,resin production,girth,and overall well being of said cannabis specimen..

Ok, I'm not growing hydro. (Even though I do want to sometime) Anyways, so should I use the Molasses or not. And, can anyone judging from my pics tell if I should start flushing yet. Thanks for all your help...

Yes use it,trust me..it works wonders.And by the looks of your buds,you should wait a few more feedings,and then start flushing,but with mollases...water with the sugar water that I explained earlier,every other watering..this way the plant can still grow fatter.
