Wooo man thank you guys for taking the time to comment this really worried me. The website gl apparel did not work for me at all last night but just did now. I don't like 800$ in cash floating around and no idea wtf is going on. They really should just be straight up and email people they are behind or slow. I get my orders from GLG (3-5 days) and Greenpoint (2 days) quick. I have no problems with waiting for seeds (used to waiting 2-4 weeks), but lots of problems when there is 0 communication on anything. What I ordered were all now out of stock everywhere or discontinued and I bought all they had left so that really had me gutted too.

I sent a second email yesterday morning and still have not heard from them. I really just want confirmation they received my money outside of that I don't care.

I get the feeling it’s a second gig for the owner. He only ships out once a week I’m guessing. And no email until shipped. He tracks the shipment but gives no tracking for us.
He ships out of Bay Area though and it gets here in 2-3 days after his email to me.

I'm glad i just read this, i am in waiting too, which is fine, but the communication level is pretty low. I think he has 1 person working for him. She replied to me once, but with no info. I guess i'll stop stressing it when I see the "order complete" mail...waiting since the 29th...

Didn't the dude from greenline say on IG last week that he is taking all seeds of the site but then literally just kept posting new releases? It was who ever has the tag #therealorangetree or something like that.

Seems like he is just trying to create drama and buzz. I heard his orange tree is nice though.

Mine still says processing and I have heard nothing. I will probably order from them again if I actually get my beans, but I will never order a large order again, ever, unless they change policy and let us know they have our fukin cash. So frustrating.

Refusal to reply to any email.
Refusal to let you know they received your money.
Refusal to provide you any tracking on order or even tell you it shipped.
Weeks to process orders if they even do it for you at all.
The website is a piece of shit and so is the ordering process.

They have the worst customer service than any seed company I have ordered from in 15 years. Worse than any company period for that matter. Customer service simply does not exist.

I have spent probably 20 grand on seeds since I first started growing with the vast majority coming from Europe. Never have I had a shipment not arrive or been stolen from. This company has no excuses. It isn't even foreign. It takes every other seed company less than week to get you your order and all of them do everything this company doesn't.

I would never trust this company with any order period.

Just got my order complete email today. So about 20 days to shipment.

The last time I purchased seeds from Greenline I think I received the 'Order Completed' email about the time I actually received the order, which was about 12 days in my case. I believe they posted the following number at some point for customer service via text: 831-254-5289.

Maybe, your order was so large that Mrs Greenline became too tired asking Mr Greenline where he had all those different seeds stashed.
Between their event travels, breeding duties and seed bank, I can see how hard it could be to keep track of all those responsibilities. :P

Honestly, I think the guy must really be an asshole, that enjoys fucking with people who send him emails, asking about their otders.
He might as well have a 1-800- EAT-SHIT number posted on his contact page.

I've ordered small amounts from him about 5 times, with a credit card, and I've received my beans within 2 weeks.

LOL. At least we would know what to expect instead of being paranoid or frustrated. I'd be completely fine with it just be upfront.

Unfortunately CO is not CA and someone misread. Raged when I got my greenpoint order 3 days after ordering. Going to shoot one more email off before I go fucking ballistic on every forum in an attempt to get some sort of fucking response from these people. I will haunt this shit for a year and every instagram.

Do these people go to events and do the booth shit? I'll go to jail don't fuckin care. Nothing says I stole from you more like complete silence after showing proof they received your money. And not providing people with tracking numbers for their orders is shady as fuck.

Just got my second order from Europe from thcfarmer. Both arrived within 8 days and this is from Europe using payofix which is slow to process. Had direct live contact with the owner and updates.
