Possible Hermie?

Was bending some stems over and noticed a little ball like thing... Is it a sac or am I just tripping? The last picture maybe a little?
She is pretty darn big, so I really don't want to cut her.

That's half, other half had just been bent over a bit.

Yeah looks hermish.... How many other ladies are you flowering with her? Is that a lower branch? And why are you worried about taking your finger nail and scraping that sac off?? Or just let her pollinate herself for some free fem seeds???

Yes hermies. Just pull them off, all will be good, takes a while for them to be mature, wet your fingers if your worried about pollen, water makes it useless.
Fem seeds made from a hermie will most likely be hermies themselves. I don't recommend you making seeds this way.

There are four girls all her size. About 2.5ft tall, 2.5ft wide. Although this and one other were two of the larger phenos.

Don't want hermie seeds, really don't want to pollinate anything else. Only day 22 of flower. Guess I will have to start plucking what I can with wet fingers. I did pluck one and squish it and it had nothing in it, probably just really early. I reckon I'll still get some seeds, hopefully not as many.

(I've had a hermie in a tent before, sucks, but it really wasn't all that bad, although it did hermie near the end of flower that time.) At least I can clear out them hermie clones now and make some more space.

She was a pretty little beast. Right before I start bending some branches. Might just have to tough her out.

It'll be fine honestly. Just make sure to pull them all off. The worded hermies are bananas in your bud but this usually happens late flower

I had this same problem we except when I found the sack it was open alittle bit . It was on a beach a the bottom and it was a single male sack . Is it possible some of my garden isn't pollinated and is it possible it won't be alot of seeds everywhere.and my feminized hermie pollinated regular females . I was I wasn't in such a rush to flower that one feminized plant with my 10 regular female plants

This is interesting and I assume the cause? I treat my grow in a clinical fashion, and prevention is better than cure. Very nice looking bush you got there.

My plant was a true hermie with both male and female sacks not bananas

Oh I see - I haven't ever had the experience of hermaphrodite plants - growing from feminised seed perhaps I have just got lucky in not having had a dodgy one yet?

I usually use regular seeds .smh this my first and last time growing feminized

You must have got unlucky - all my feminised seeds from SensiSeeds have only ever been excellent. Perhaps I am yet to be jaded by the hermie experience though!

*Unless you did something to shock them into hermaphrodisation? ie light interference.

I had a true hermaphrodite plant meaning it's born with male and female .which you flower a hermaphrodite male and female sacks start flowering. You are confused with nanners that's formed from stress but they not hermaphrodite plants

Interesting but I don't believe that is entirely correct? I understand a true hermaphrodite plant as you say, spawning as is from the seed (often poor quality feminised seed) as you say, they are made from hermies.

However, when nanners form from stress - that is because the plant is converting into a hermaphrodite in order to self pollinate and preserve itself? They're two different ways of achieving a hermaphrodite but I believe in terms of plant taxonomy the end result is genetically the same - a hermaphrodite plant. One through genetics, the other through cause and effect.

Correct me if I am wrong by all means - I am no expert. I am a very belt and braces natural kind of grower who pays little heed to measurements and fine tuning, I practically bang them in there with a somewhat regulated environment, and I only ever seem to produce decent quality, non-seeded bud. Sometimes I feel like all the problems encountered by growers are from too much overthinking and tinkering, and letting the plants just do what they naturally want to do (with a helping hand and the right enablers) is the best way to go.

Isn't it basically the same thing? Whether the plant itself was stressed, or if a stressed plant passed on bad genes to it's off-spring and you get a hermie from seed?
...Either way, same effect... no more sensimellia ... bud production power reduces for seed production and survival.

It's funny that girl threw balls all ALL over, so I threw her clone away. After plucking them they never came back, and she turned out to be VERY nice. Oh well, I wouldn't want that instability anyways. My conditions were pretty spot on, not ideal but close. Glad I kept her!
