That magic number is what ever your elected government says it is so theyu don’t throw your ass in prison. Also if the person did not have the mental capacity to give meaningful consent at any age then they still throw your ass in jail. And unfortunately it is typically someone who holds power over the other person, perceived or not. Your argument that there is no one age where consent can be given is wrong, as the adult you would be the one saying “fuck, they’ll throw me in jail, better not do this”.
