Thanks i usually feed transition nutes until i see they have fully switched. Sadly the sativas are definitely still stretching . There are 4 or 5 tops that a way taller than the others. Im thinking i might tie them down a little to even it out.Fed transition nutes for 2 weeks, good! I sometimes go longer but it depends how they look, yours look great!
I can really start to see the sativa stretching right now!
Lights: 1x 1000w air-cooled hps, 1x 600w air-cooled hpsWattage? Strains?
No im not going to use a net. Im not even using one now they're just low stress trained. Are you going to use a second net?
By thinning out the small branches you mean the fan leaves and the branches below the canopy that will receive less than optimal lighting correct? This looks like one of the few threads I want to see the outcome of....that a beautiful canopy, are you going to lollypop soon and thin out the small branches? Please say you will, id hate to see a heap of popcorn come of such professionally grown plants! Subbed up
Yes, and leaves the shade and crowd other buds...I do it gradually so as not to shock the plant too much. Looks like you have a lot of stuff at the bottom taking up energy and getting no good light.By thinning out the small branches you mean the fan leaves and the branches below the canopy that will receive less than optimal lighting correct?
Yes i most definitely plan on it. Ive been doing it slowly about a hand full of leaves per plant every day or so trying to be carful not to stress it to muchYes, and leaves the shade and crowd other buds...I do it gradually so as not to shock the plant too much. Nice one bro!...you can strip the underneaths all at once, I just be careful with the shade leaves that point inwards, I do them gradually. I leave all the shade leaves on the out side, in the end you have nice big colas with a skirt of shade leaves. I find you have to be decisive with what actual stems you choose to cut off, I try the stems that come from the bottom of the plant with the least amount of nodes to cut off and of course spindly little ones beneath the canopy...they go for sure. Leaving only the big upright stems will produce the best bud meat.Yes i most definitely plan on it.
