I took my clone from my flowering plant cause didnt no the sex it's better to take clones during veg but is just cutting off a stem with new growth to give it a chance to root itself. I placed mines straight into my fish tank water didn't have all the other supplies to help it root faster which u can purchase for better success

U right actually was going to use the rapid rooter next time but might also try the honey thing herd it help with not getting air bubbles but also know they have a gel and powder rapid rooter that you can use both the same way
