As Humple points out, the 300 is a bit hot for that size. A much better fit would be the 200WX6 layout. Size on it is 24 x 16 inches, a comfortable fit for your size space.

A little different layout - the 300WX8 has the 22" strips laid end to end for a 46" total width. The 200WX6 is just 6 strips in one row for 24" width. That one goes for $160.

Its like the 150WX4 only two more bars added for a total of six.

Still waiting for the picture of the 200w light... But I just got a 4x4x8 all white tent, so i may want the 300w one instead, or maybe I'll get them both, im not sure yet...

For 4x4, you'll want a bit more than 300W - I'd suggest two of the 300WX8 lights, running at 400-500 watts total.

Yeah, I got a handful of unused 5 gallon smart pots I picked up just before I switched over. Been sitting in the top of the cabinet collecting dust for a year and a half.

There was a newb mainline grow I found on another forum, it was blue dream I think.

4 plants in a 4x4, under 1000w HPS.

A net was placed above with 64 squares

Each plant was topped (incorrectly) into 16 colas each. (Topped wrong place, some were side chutes rather than colas, a mistake I wouldn’t make)

The plant was trained with netting, one cola per square.

Result- 32 ounces of cola buds

This was done like a newb, with hydro set up. I’m gonna do the same, but with my own organic soil, change up the screen method and train it more efficiently.

Oh. Thats nothing new. Mainlining is easily one of the best techniques in the book. Nuggbuckets has a good tutorial in the advanced sub(he is the one that inteoduced it) and Grow weed easy has a good tutorial on their site. Harder than topping with autos cause not alot of veg but ive seen some claim they did it. Never cared to check cause i feel i know better with how long it takes in photos. Just cant be done in 2-3 weeks from auto.

On afn i asked and some have done it and they told me what strains from mephisto are better to do it with and i have 3 of the best ones cause they have a longer period of time to recover from the stress and put out some big colas...
