I think the word you're looking for is oppress. I have every right to discriminate between right and wrong. Oppression occurs when one discriminates wrongly.

Like in that movie The Woodsman. Kevin Bacon's brother discriminates against him, because he was just released from prison for molesting girls 9 and under, from going to his 9 yo daughter's birthday party and doesn't invite him. Because he feared the brother might relapse against his daughter. Kevin Bacon feels hurt, but I say too bad.

Does the brother not have the right to discriminate? In that case I feel the brother discriminated correctly.

the unborn do not have rights..if they did, the government would issue a Social Security card to them..babies are issued a number only after they are born.

But if someone murders a pregnant woman they are charged with two murders. A social security number does not make a life, a heartbeat does. I am neither pro life or pro abortion. But I do believe a heartbeat deserves some consideration. It is a very slippery slope.

Look at the criminal justice system for examples. I believe race plays a factor in sentencing. Sorry, no stats army fingertips but pretty sure whites get shorter sentences on average for same crimes.

Even sentencing isn't the issue caught with small amounts of weed several times all they did was throw it out ...that is not the experience of men of color

Because crack gets a harsher sentence than cocaine isn't racist. It's called classism. Liberals live in a micro aggression fantasy land.
