No problem at all just call'em how I see'em! It sounds like you've planned everything out pretty well, it should work great! Yes it's always best to start nutes at half the strength the bottle says, you can always bump the dosage up if needed! But it sounds like you've made a pretty good call on nutrients, keeping it simple and without a million additives. As far as flushing goes...I think it really comes down to preference. I could really argue either side of the fence there. But if it were me, personally, I would stop administering nutrients about 2 weeks before you chop down your plant. I grow in hydroponics so flush is easy and quick for me, but in soil it takes longer. I would simply stop using nutes about 2 weeks from harvest, and a day or two before you cut her down, maybe run 3 or 4 gallons of water through it to really flush out excess salts and fertilizers. But this part is totally debatable and really up to you, I've heard people claim their smoke tastes and burns just fine with no flush whatsoever, and vice versa. I think that it really comes down to the dry/cure, in regards to flavor and harshness. Drying and curing can be tough, but it sounds like you're pretty well prepared. I have used the 62% humidity packs before as well, and they work fantastic, but in my opinion these are better to be used when the bud has totally finished drying and curing, and is being put up for longer term storage to keep the buds fresher for longer. A lot of people say that if you place freshly harvested buds in a jar with these moisture packs, it can really damage the smell and flavor. Those humidity packs can be a huge life saver if you've over-dried your smoke, which is easy to do...sorry for the rambling on!! Here is a link with more info on drying/curing, it helped me a ton!
