well, I have to say goodbye to my RIU friends. my neighbor decided to rebuild a new fence that him and I put up in may. when he did this he got a peek at my outdoor ladies and called the police. I put them in after the fence was built and was surrounded by tomatoes and corn and a bunch of other shit. but when he decided to replace boards he saw what I had. wish me luck and I wish that I can get my kids back. thought of the day............can we raise some cash to help with the laywers? I am trying franticly to do so. leason that I learned is that no matter how safe you think that you are you never know. oh ya, the discovery of the plants led police into my house and found my basement grow room. but hey I learned alot for when I am me and not another man in the system. good luck all

Man thats a fucking shame. How many plants did you have and did the police have a search warrant?

3 outside and 42 inside. after the police saw the pot in the back the did not need a warrant is what I told, and that is something that the lawyer that I talked to is going to eat up.

Once they had the girls out back they had probable cause that sucks I got busted a few years back it sucks but passes like everything else sorry your neigbor is a dick like that I got probation and I had a fairly large op going I got off felony probation in 7 months and 1000 hoops later

Man, that's shit luck. I can't believe your neighbor did that, man. They should mind their own fucking business. Looking out the windows is so dumb. I'm never glancing out the windows trying to see what my neighbors are doing. Why? Because I don't care. What people do in their own home is their own business. The best of luck to you. you know what i find to be a definite in most cases? That the people thats always looking to tell'n sh!t have secrets of their own. Even if he thinks that its the ultimate devil weed, he could at least been like "dude, i would hate for you to get busted *wink, wink*. But honestly, you should have only took that outside chance if there was NOTHING inside. That way, you could have at least been like, "those fucking kids!" Now you look like the dope man trynna start an empire (when you are probably just a middle class joe like all of us). But the struggle never continues... you prolly gonna have to continue just to pay them back their fiat currency in fines. By any means necessaary dude!

Were they police or sherif? I have a similiar situation and this is an eye opener for sure,im gonna give away all od projects to friends tomorow,not worth the risk.

Hey im sorry for ur loss, but cmon man if u got 42 inside, why take the chance of having 3 outside? why take the chance of getting ur main batch busted for a few outdoor grows, esspecialy if you have such dickhead neighbour on your border

Go big inside,and do it in a better state that values mmj cards
I will save some priceless cuts for you,everything will work out
If they have cards in yer state get one now ive seen people get off with that even after the fact.
If the time is 2 or mor years flee the country,costa rica dood
Running away from problems has always worked for me

Man thats gotta suck, what an asshole neighbor though, he actually just called the police. I hate when dickheads think its their job to enforce the "law", and the fact that it was only 3 plants outside??? He didnt even know about the indoor...Man some people Really have nothing better to do...I think your neighbor needs a hobby.

Oh and did the cops show up the same day? I had to take move about 30 indoor one night when my old landlord served a walkthrough notice. Funny thing is she had no idea, had it cleared out in like 12 hours to a big storage trailer, gotta love em.

I suggest a uhaul, or buying a good cargo trailer, something that fits in the garage, its always nice having a back up, and a backup for that backup if things get real bad.
